Randy Woodbury, the national IREM President spoke to the students today about property management. He decided to emphasize the conditions of today, relationships, and integrity. Regarding the conditions of today Mr. Woodbury said that it’s, “Real estate managements’ time to shine.” Mr. Woodbury talked about the many different relationships involved in the real estate management business. He spoke of the importance of having integrity, both personally and in the work environment. He ended by coming back to the conditions of today and left the students feeling optimistic about their future with some current statistics.
