Ole Smith, BYU’s VP of Physical Facilities, spoke to the students about a Master plan, or long-term facility planning. He mentioned that the master plan must be flexible and easily adaptable. Ole also gave the students some hypothetical situations that demonstrate the complexity and the variables that are involved with a new idea for campus. The students enjoyed the topic and asked some very good questions in the closing minutes.
